I offer Thai massage for individuals who are not receiving psychotherapy services with me. Clients currently in therapy can schedule with another independent practitioner, Rachel Metz, who provides Thai massage from the same office. During your 60 minute session, you will remain fully clothed while lying on a padded floor mat. The work combines rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, gentle joint mobilization, and acupressure techniques to reduce muscular tension, improve flexibility, and support overall relaxation and well being.

Every session is tailored to your comfort, mobility, and individual needs. Through the session, I check in regularly and adjust pressure, stretches, and positioning to make sure you feel safe and supported. Whether you’re carrying the effects of chronic stress or trauma, feeling disconnected from your body, or seeking deep relaxation, Thai massage can help calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and support a greater sense of balance and well being.

The treatment room is private, calm, and designed to promote relaxation while maintaining your comfort and dignity. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete necessary paperwork and discuss medical conditions and treatment preferences. After your massage, you may notice increased mobility, reduced tension, greater relaxation, or mild soreness that typically resolves within a day. Drinking water and engaging in gentle movement afterward can help support your body’s recovery. Please note, this is not a substitute for medical massage.

Rachel is a certified yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner who offers heart-centered sessions tailored to your unique needs in the moment. She creates a compassionate, supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate greater relaxation and balance. Sessions may incorporate elements of private yoga instruction, meditation, breathwork and aromatherapy based on your preferences and goals . Rachel approaches her work with compassion, openness, and authenticity, honoring each person’s individual journey.
