Peace of Art Therapy

About Us

Peace of Art Therapy is a trauma-informed mental health practice that integrates evidence-based psychotherapy and holistic healing techniques to address the whole person. We specialize in trauma recovery for both children and adults, offering services in-office, virtually, and on-site at our home or workplace.

Psychotherapy is facilitated by a master’s-level clinician with over 20 years in the mental health field. Sessions draw on a variety of theoretical modalities aimed to help you create insight, understanding, and compassion, while also incorporating somatic (body-based) approaches to work directly with your nervous system to restore a sense of safety, regulation, and connection.

In addition, we offer holistic wellness services that can complement your treatment or be accessed by anyone in the community in need of healing. We are here to help you take charge of your life, regulate your emotions, and cultivate peace, empowerment, and a life no longer dictated by the past.

Quality of Care

Peace of Art Therapy takes a highly personalized, private-pay approach to allow for flexibility, privacy and depth of care. Though we are not in-network, if you have out-of-network mental health benefits, we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Healing Through Connection

Peace of Art Therapy was created from the belief that healing happens through connection - between mind and body, science and art, self and others. Drawing from clinical expertise, body-based practices, and lived experience, we offer an integrative approach to help clients find balance, clarity, and resilience.

An Integrative Approach

Our services are open to anyone seeking healing, growth, or support - no prior experience with therapy, art, yoga, or holistic practices is needed. You may choose a single service or combine several to create a personalized path toward wellness. We can help you identify your individual needs and offer guidance to support your goals.

Accessibility

All services, except for hands-on bodywork are available virtually (within the state of Ohio). Clients engaged in psychotherapy may not receive bodywork from the same therapist; in these cases, another practitioner will be available.

Please note that our office is located on the second floor without an elevator and is not currently ADA accessible. For those requiring accommodations, on-site services may be requested.
