What to expect:

Counseling

Led by a licensed therapist, during sessions you’ll reflect on your experiences, uncover patterns, and gain deeper insight into yourself and the challenges you face. Together, you’ll develop practical skills for self-regulation, cultivate healthy habits, and strengthen your connection to your most authentic self. Sessions are designed collaboratively to meet your unique needs and goals.


Art Therapy

Art therapy sessions give you a hands-on creative way to explore your experiences. The process of deliberate art-making (i.e. drawing, painting, sculpture, etc) will allow you to dig even deeper than words alone. Led by a licensed art therapist, you will reflect on both your artwork and the art-making process. Your final artwork is not what is important! No art experience is needed and all art supplies are included.


Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

During sessions, a trained clinician will guide you to bring a memory to mind while using simple techniques that simulate the brain’s natural memory processing method. This helps both sides of the brain work together so that the memory is stored more efficiently. Over time, this allows the experience to feel less emotionally charged so it becomes something that feels truly in the past. EMDR isn’t only for PTSD - it can help anyone navigating distressing experiences or challenges.


Thai Massage

These bodywork sessions are performed fully clothed on a mat. All poses are passive, meaning you remain still while your body is supported, stretched, and guided. Trauma and prolonged stress create disconnection from our physical senses; these sessions are designed to promote body awareness so that you can reconnect. Our practitioners are fully certified in Thai yoga massage. Please note, this is not a substitute for medical massage. Wear comfortable clothing that allows full mobility.


Private Yoga/Meditation Instruction

You will be guided to use mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation techniques to reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and cultivate balance. All of our yoga teachers are registered through the Yoga Alliance. Each session is created to meet your unique needs and offered in a safe, supportive environment - whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional grounding, or trauma recovery. No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing that allows full movement of the body.


On-site Services

These trauma-informed counseling and art therapy sessions are led by a licensed clinician and available for both individuals and groups. Services can be tailored for clients or employees and are conveniently delivered directly to your workplace, school, community organization, or home. Each session provides accessible, compassionate care designed to support emotional well-being, reduce stress, and foster connection - bringing the benefits of therapy and creative expression right to you. All materials are provided.
